Sonicfan0001's Maps Page 1

Sonicfan0001 has made several maps for Minecraft. After a long time with absolutely no excuse, he decided to list them all here... this includes maps he has made/contributed to.

The Sewer

The Sewer was Sonicfan0001's first ever completed map. As such, it is not a very good one. He made it over the course of two days and its duration is all of about 15-20 minutes, if even. It is a horror map with a simple premise; escape the horrid sewers via an elevator without getting murdered by psychopathic dwellers. There is perhaps ONE good jumpscare.

Darker Depths

Darker Depths is Sonicfan0001's first GOOD map and the one that made him well-known for mapmaking. It is yet another horror map, with the premise of a shipwrecked man seeking shelter in a bunker. Some bad stuff happened here, of course, making it a hellish place to be. It has good ambience, jumpscares and a pretty good story. The only flaw? The power cores. Even I agree on that one. There are also a couple of easter eggs. ;)

The Asylum

The Asylum was Sonicfan0001's second map and a direct sequel to The Sewer. The story and gameplay are a bit better this time; more game, more story, more ambience and more threats. Scarier as well, although still not too stellar. It was made in about 2 weeks. The premise this time is to seek shelter after escaping the sewer... only to enter a hellish asylum and get captured. A third installment was planned but never released, although it may appear in a later map...

Darkest Depths

Darkest Depths is probably Sonicfan0001's best horror map yet. While it delves more into the ambience and psychological factor than jumpscares and whatnot, it is a well-made map. Darkest Depths is a direct sequel to Darker Depths, in which the antagonist reveals himself as Drake Brownsworth and kills the main character from the first installment. You play as the character's son, Charles Brunswick, searching in vain for his father and eventually the computer dubbed "The Harbinger". Your fate is left unknown.
