FNaF Deadline: What would've been

You all know how sad I was about cancelling Deadline. However, this post is to give you a taste of what you would've been in for. This is sort of like a wiki... it will cover the characters, mechanics and cameras. If this ever gets a revival... this post is coming right down. ;)

FREDDY

Freddy is the main and most directly alluded-to antagonist in Deadline. He starts on the Show Stage alongside Bonbon and Chicky. He is the least active of the 3. Freddy will first be seen in the Dining Area upon moving, but will require the player to look closely in order to see him very well. He will then move back and forth between ??? and Magic Cove for a while, flickering on and off in ???. He seemingly vanishes for a short period of time afterwards, but eventually appears very close to The Office, in The Basement. He will soon move into the Office Hall, being visible via the central spotlight. He will eventually wander into The Office, where the player must hide in the closet. His body bares (Or bears ;3 ) semblance to the original Freddy, though his head is redesigned. He carries his microphone and has a red bowtie, along with large, blue eyes.

BONBON

Bonbon is the most active character out of all of them. He resides on the Show Stage with Freddy and Chicky by his side. He is the first character that moves. Upon moving, he will first be visible in the Dessert Corner. He will soon wander into the Dining Area. He then takes a detour into the Gift Shop, and then into the Game Room. He then traverses into the hallway and enters Party Room 1. He finally reaches the basement, and after long enough, makes his way over to the Office Hall's corner, and enters the vent. He soon pops up in The Office's vent and the player must hide in the closet. He bares little semblance to his original counterpart other than that he is a rabbit with a guitar. He is now a white rabbit with a colorful, new guitar and red eyes.

CHICKY

Chicky is fairly active, although less so than Bonbon. She resides on the Show Stage along with Bonbon and Freddy. Upon going missing, she will appear in the Entrance. She will then vanish for a few moments and appear in the Restrooms. She soon makes here way out and into the Pizza Buffet, where she then enters the Dining Area. She will eventually waltz into the hallway and into Party Room 2. Keep a close eye on here, though, as she soon enters the Play Area. From there, she will enter The Office via the emergency exit, and the player will have to flash the right spotlight at her. Chicky has the same base suit as Chica, but with a different head. She still holds the cupcake, although her beak is now more orange and her eyes are pink and purple.

BLIZZ

Blizz is a original character designed by the new location. He is located on the Magic Cove stage alongside Sparky. His movement is extremely unpredictable. He switches between Magic Cove, the Dessert Corner, the Pizza Buffet and the Restrooms. Then, suddenly, he appears in the Play Area and will enter The Office via the emergency exit. The player must flash the right spotlight at him. He is a white cat animatronic, with light blue eyes and cute pink features.

SPARKY

Sparky is another new animatronic constructed for the new location. He is located on the Magic Cove stage alongside Blizz. He is one of the only animatronics that does not kill the player. After leaving Magic Cove, he enters the Gift Shop. After a bit, he leaves and goes into the Game Room. He then wanders into the Party Room XL and enters the vent. However, he gets out at the Office Hall's corner. He then jumps into the Office Hall. When he gets next to the door, the player must hide, lest he enter and not leave. Once inside, he will make loud noises that make the other animatronics more likely to come and attack you. Sparky is a brown dog animatronic, with light blue eyes, a collar and a tongue sticking out.

BUCKY

Bucky is a moose animatronic built by the company to entertain kids in the Gift Shop. He is located on a stage within it. The first place he moves is the Game Room, where he spends most of his time. He will then appear in either Party Room 1 or Party Room 2. After a bit, he will move to the Basement camera, eventually making his way to the main hall in front of The Office. Once he enters, the player must hide in the closet.

OLD FREDDY

Old Freddy is the original Freddy Fazbear suit from the last location. He is located in the Backstage along with the other old models. He is used as a backup if Freddy breaks. Old Freddy is very similar to Freddy from FNaF 1; he moves into ??? and "studies" the players movements... how often you check the cameras, etc. He then alternates between the three party rooms until finally he enters the vent in Party Room XL and attacks from there. The player must hide in the closet when he appears in The Office's vent.

CHICA

Chica is the original Chica suit used in the last location. She is located in the Backstage camera along with the other older models. She is Chicky's backup animatronic. She is already looking at the camera in her starting position, but will get closer. Eventually, she leaves and enters the Gift Shop. She then alternates between Party Room 1 and 2, then enters the Play Area and attacks via the emergency exit. The player must flash the right light at her.

BONNIE

Bonnie is the original Bonnie suit used at the last location. He is also located Backstage. He is the backup animatronic for Bonbon. He has suffered some damage to his suit's head, leaving a mark on top. He alternates between the Dining Area and the Entrance, eventually entering Party Room 2 and finally the Basement and Office Hall cameras. He will then attack via the main office hall. Upon entering, the player must hide in the closet.

FOXY

Foxy is the original Foxy suit from the last location. He is located Backstage. He is used for parts now due to some prior incidents and has no legs or a suit for his upper body. His movement pattern is sporadic and unpredictable. After he leaves, he can be found hanging from the Show Stage ceiling. He will then alternate between the Restrooms and the Dining Area, until suddenly he appears in Party Room XL, next to the vent. A sound will play and text saying <WARNING> !!! will appear in chat. If the player does not hide when this happens, Foxy will zoom through the vent and kill the player instantly.

SPRINGY

Springy is a hodgepodge animatronic built to entertain kids in the Play Area. He is one of the only animatronics that stays on one camera until he attacks. He is initially out of sight, on top of the play structure. He will, however, slowly make his way down and across the room until he eventually attacks via the emergency exit. The player must then flash the right light at him. He is made out of older animatronics, his head from The Puppet, his endoskeleton from "An old, yellow Freddy suit" and his legs from Foxy.

THE SUNSHINE FRIENDS

The Sunshine Friends are 3 touchable animatronics that reside in the Play Area. Their order is very similar to that of Freddy, Bonbon and Chicky's, with one in the front and two to the left and right behind it. Each one moves with a different route, and their order on the camera shows it. The red one enters Party Room XL and attacks through the vent. The orange one enters the basement and attacks via the main hall. The yellow one moves towards the emergency exit and attacks there. The same rules apply for evading them, but if they fail, the particular Sunshine Friend will knock out the power in the spotlight corresponding to the entrance they came from. The Sunshine Friends are not based off of anything; the design just appealed to kids.

THE 4TH FRIEND

The 4th Friend is a green sunshine friend that resides on a miniature stage in Party Room 2. He is quite dangerous. He will appear in The Office at random intervals of time, his face changing to "IT'S ME". If the player does not hide, he will knock out all 3 spotlights.

GOLDEN FREDDY

Golden Freddy is a hallucination of a floating, dilapidated yellow Freddy head. He floats above the desk until the camera is put up. If the player fails to do so, he will kill the player. In order to trigger him, you must be on the Game Room camera at the right time, and he will appear.

THE NUTCRACKER

The Nutcracker is a miniature animatronic built for the Game Room. After being "tampered with by customers" on a certain night, he becomes active and a very dangerous foe. He begins playing the song "Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg at the start of the night. The player must try to lure Bucky into the Game Area by watching him so that The Nutcracker doesn't move. If there's no other animatronic there when the song finishes, he b-lines it to The Office and kills the player. If there is, he restarts the countdown. He is tiny in size, and resides on a display in the Game Room.

THE ENDOSKELETON

The Endoskeleton is located in an Employee's Only closet in the Entrance. He is a spare endoskeleton if one fails in an animatronic. He appears on random cameras after visiting the Gift Shop, where he mounts a Freddy plushie head on himself. This allows him to move, attack, and control the other heads: the other Freddy one as a simple scare, Bonbon as a noise maker, and Chicky as a summoner of a sudden attacker.

CAMERAS

SHOW STAGE (CAM01)

The Show Stage is where Freddy, Bonbon and Chicky reside. It is a dark, wooden stage with 3 spotlights and a blue curtain. The Backstage entrance can be seen behind Bonbon.

BACKSTAGE (CAM02)

Backstage is where the older models are kept, along with some replacement heads for animatronics. There are wires and such from the floor to the ground, a single table and a large assembly table. Freddy can be seen on the far end of the room with his arms out. Foxy is on the ground next to the door. Bonnie is hanging from the ceiling on a heavy wire and Chica is standing upright looking at the camera. There is a Bonbon, Chicky, Freddy and Springy head on the table.

DESSERT CORNER (CAM03)

The Dessert Corner is an area where kids can grab dessert after their meal. It's rather simple; a corner-shaped table with some sweets atop it.

ENTRANCE (CAM04)

The Entrance is where patrons enter the establishment. A gate with a serving booth can be seen by the front doors, along with and EMPLOYEES ONLY closet, where The Endoskeleton resides. ??? can also be seen off the left side.

PIZZA BUFFET (CAM05)

The Pizza Buffet is the establishment's food source. During the day, patrons can grab food items from here. This camera is rather simple: All that can be seen is the buffet itself, with five slots.

RESTROOMS (CAM06)

The Restrooms are, well, the establishment's restrooms. A Men's and Women's restroom entrance can be seen, along with an eerie paiting in between. There is a long bench on the left side.

DINING AREA (CAM07)

The Dining Area is where patrons eat. Only a portion of it is seen, although it can be assumed that there is a bit more beyond the darkness. There are 4 long, decorative tables displayed here.

GIFT SHOP (CAM08)

The Gift Shop is a small little shop where customers can buy merchandise. A wooden counter table can be seen to the left, along with a shelf on the other side of the room. Bucky resides on a stage next to the shelf, with the words "Come and meey BUCKY!". There is a display in the middle of the room with the four plushie heads on it, later to be accessed by the endoskeleton.

GAME ROOM (CAM09)

The Game Room is where patrons, presumably those of young adult age, can hang out and play arcade games. The Nutcracker resides here on a small display cage. There are 4 small machines and a few large ones in the far corner, along with a carousel-esque structure. The room has a blue carpet unlike most other rooms. There is a sign on the wall saying "Game Room | Bring your coins and have a BLAST!" This is most likely derived from Chuck-E-Cheese's, as it is one of the few animatronic-entertaining restaurants still operating.

MAGIC COVE (CAM10)

Magic Cove is a seperate attraction where customers can dine. Unlike most other rooms in the restaurant, it has a red carpet. There are 3 small tables across the room, along with a main, red stage with light blue curtains. Blizz and Sparky reside here, with decorations along the back of the wall. Part of the Dining Area can be seen through the entrance to the room.

??? (CAM11)

There is no real image for ???, as the camera appears to be either broken or purposely deactivated. The only glimpse the player gets is when an animatronic goes in front of the camera, causing it to flicker for a few seconds, although not much can be made out aside from the generic tile flooring. The camera is, however, revealed in ??? mode in its entirety.

PARTY ROOM 1 (CAM12)

Party Room 1 is one of three party rooms within the establishment. The room has two decorated tables along with each of the three main animatronic's "tools" mounted on the wall in their corresponding order. There is a stand with a birthday cake on it in the corner.

PARTY ROOM 2 (CAM13)

Party Room 2 is one of three party rooms within the establishment. The room has one decorated table along with a banner across the ceiling that reads "CELEBRATE". There is a miniature stage with The 4th Friend atop it.

PARTY ROOM XL (CAM14)

Party Room XL is one of three party rooms within the establishment, and also the largest one. There are four large decorated tables along with a poster, a cake/drink area, posters spelling "FUN" and an entrance to the vent that leads to The Office.

PLAY AREA (CAM15)

The Play Area is a room where kids can play. There is a large play structure to the left, where Springy resides. There is a bench on the other side of the room, with a poster behind it. The Sunshine Friends are in front of the bench. There is a see-saw (Or a teeter-totter for some ;) ) and a slide. The right side of the room is fenced off, with the emergency exit blocked. Like the Game Room, it has a blue carpet.

BASEMENT (CAM16)

The Basement is where The Office resides. The Basement CAM, however, only shows the entrance and the descending stairwell. Part of the Party Room/Play Area hall can be seen beyond the open door. It is unknown why the door is left open at night.

OFFICE HALL (CAM17)

The Office Hall is the corner that connects the stairwell to the main hall, which leads into The Office. There is another vent entrance here.

THE OFFICE

The Office is where the player resides during the map. There is a tiled desk in front of you, with a cup on the left side. There is a vent that runs across the left side of The Office. There is an emergency exit that leads into the Play Area along with a closet for the player to hide in on the right side. There is a bundle of monitors near the door, along with several above the door. There is a spotlight for each side (Left, right and front). Each one has its own battery life. Hiding in the closet for too long might cause the player to suffocate.

AFTERMATH MODE

Aftermath Mode puts you into the perspective of a young adult (Possibly criminal) man who is, for some reason, breaking into an old factory to find money for him and his friend. The factory, however, inhabits some of the old animatronics; and they're still active. It allows freeroam, yet the animatronics still have the same eerie movement.

??? MODE

??? Mode puts you into the perspective of the day guard for the restaurant on the day that "The Incident" occurs, AKA the day when the player comes in for night 6. There are no threats until the end...

IN-OFFICE PROTECTION

The Player can hide in the closet if need be. This, however, will not work on The Nutcracker, Golden Freddy or anything coming from the Emergency Exit.

Welp, that's just a taste of what the map would've been like. I'm really sorry I had to cancel it, but there's no going back now, at least not in the immediate or near future.

But hey, Dark Depths (AKA Darker Depths 3) is coming out! That's a thing.

Leave me some feedback somewhere and tell me if I should to do something similar for Everlasting and Extinction (Possibly Desolation, although that one was just for fun and wasn't a real map). I don't have anything textured of built for either of them really, but I could still describe them (Or maybe make some quick concept arts :) ). So, yeah. Thanks! :D

P.S. Please ignore typos (If there are any). :P
